M.A.K.E. Y.O.U.R. L.I.P.S.T.I.C.K. S.T.A.Y. O.N. L.O.N.G.E.R

1. Apply a small amount of lip balm to soften your lips, let it be absorbed for a few minutes - perhaps while you make up your eyes - then blot away any excess with a tissue.

2. Use a make-up sponge or your finger to blend a small amount of foundation or concealer over your lips. Set it with a dusting of translucent powder. This will act as a base for your lipstick and help to even out your lip line.

3. Line lips with a lipliner, using a colour as near as possible to your lipstick shade. Start as close to the natural line as possible, simply correcting unevenness. Lipliner gives definition and helps stop lipstick bleeding. Once you have the line, fill in the lips with the lipliner. This will ensure that the lip colour will wear off evenly.

4. Use a lip brush to apply your lipstick. Blend and soften the lipliner with the lip brush. For long-lasting colour, apply lipstick, blot with a tissue and reapply.

1. mix with cheerful, happy people. laugh often, long and loud

2. be grateful for what you have and share the kindness

3. tell people you love that you love them, at every opportunity

4. put the cigarette out. smoking wrinkles skin & make you look old!

5. drink water at least 8 glasses/day. check your urine, it should be clear.

6. exercise, go for a walk to reduces the risk of developing osteoporosis

7. watch your blood pressure & cholesterol level.

8. don't stress. stress people have 3 times as much risk of developing heart illnesses.

9. give the skin nutrition. use a lotion that contains vit A,C, E and retinoids. dark chocolate improves skin's texture, thickness, hydration, and blood flow.

10. look after your teeth. use dental floss daily and brush your teeth twice a day!!

11. continue learning and discovering

12. eat plenty of foods rich in anti-oxidants & fiber; blueberries, broccoli, tomatoes.

13. get enough sleep

my first minor surgery 2009
(alveolectomy)

alveolectomy ni minor surgery yg kene buat bile tulang kat gusi ada yg tajam. first time buat surgery, jd byk la yg kurang sesuai.. hahahaa~

1.spatutnye bleh buat sambil duduk+relax2 je, tp sbb nervous mase ni, tak tpk pn nk duduk..hahhaha (dh la kene buat2 cool depan patient..susah tu..)

2. department oral surgery ni mmg takde surgery room unt minor surgery..jd alat2 semua letak kat dental chair..tQ kat Aris sbb dh jd assistant..

3. protection pn pakai masker+gloves je, spatutnye kene pakai protection unt mata skali.

bridesmaid @ maid of honor to be..

finally, after 25y.o, this is the moment that I'm waiting for!! one of my best friend is get ting married february 2011! i'm so excited!! hehe~ after googling, a maid of honor's duties might include:

1. helping the bride shop for her dress and bridesmaid's dress
2. when asked, giving advice on decorations, favors, music, and everything
3. helping the bride dress (and stay calm) before and during the ceremony
4. providing moral support at all times
5. being useful at the wedding reception

and this is my checklist for myself..hehe~

1. diet, drop few kg and be as skinny as i can be.
2. shopping, yes! we are going to Bandung this coming december! ;D
3. keep track with the wedding details
4. design a dress for myself, I'm thinking of modern mini kurung (the bride said, its gonna be pink n yellow!! tak pernah pakai pink from top to bottom before..cun ke?? heheee).
5. since I'm going to do the hantaran for the groom's side, i need idea~
6. enjoy every moment of it~ ;D
