130 -- cholesterol???------------

Foods that Lower Cholesterol

Here is a quick list of some delicious foods that Lower Cholesterol

  • avocados
  • olive oil
  • salmon and other fish
  • walnuts and almonds
  • garlic
  • oatmeal
  • blueberries
  • grapes
  • broccoli
  • soy products

baiklah, sy akan makan makanan kat atas ni.. whooaaaa.. sbelum ni asyik buat2 lupe yg diri ni high risk cholesterol level (7.64 mmol/L).. tu yg last test result dec 2010.
korg pernah check?? hehee~

7.64 mmol/L tu mmg number yg tak brape slamat sbb famly history ade heart attack. yg slamat sikit sbb rasio LDL/HDL msih dlm range low risk.. tp pape pn ni yg buat benci gile dgn cholesterol.. walaupn mmg suke sgt dgn semua makanan kat atas tu, tp lg suke sgt2 dgn makanan yg high cholesterol foods.. camne?????


p/s: tiap2 hri sy makan oats....
