145 -- March

azam bulan March..

ha??? dh March??
hmm.. tatau nk happy ke sedih..
tarik nafas..hembus...

azam bulan March..azam ni kene jelas n nyata!


1. Puasa sunat 10hari
(minimum, kene plan ni nk puase brape hb)

2. turun berat jd 48 kg
(wajib kene turun!!)
3. makan oats 4sudu besar setiap hari
(demi kolesterol ku..)



cukup la 3 azam ni..kl byk2 nnt lg malas nk buat..dh mmg spesis pemalas..hehee~
tulis besar2 tampal kat dinding sbelah cermin.. ;D

joging stegah jam tiap2 hari. bykkan makan jamu. kurangkan makan gula. makan byk buah-buahan. blikan ihsan sandal.

buat sume nih mmg cun abes r ko. anak raja jogja tuh komfem angkat ko buat bini ke 3 punye

Wafa! I pun nak buat azam for March la... after today's series of unfortunate event mmg kne tarik nafas panjang... then exhale... huhu. Jom plan karaoke and nak mkn mane this weekend!
