DiEt tiPs..

1. minum air byk2..
  • 6-8 gelas sehari..brape byk tu?? lebih kurang 1.75 L.. nk kasi cepat kenyang, b4 makan, minum dlu segelas air.kl bleh minum air mineral je..
  • a can of soda (100-200 calories), cappucino/latte (120 calories), reguler coffee (5 calories)
2. makan dlm portion yg kecil..
  • tric yg paling senang, gune pinggan kecik. hehee~tp jgn plak sampai tambah 3 kali.. bile order makanan,buat2 tak nampak kat perkataan "double"big"(double cheese burger, big mac).. hahahaa~ ok jg kl kite share makanan ngn kwn mase makan.. save money+save calories..
3. elakkan mkn after 8pm..
  • knp?? untuk tlg digestive process.. hmm.. kasi perut ni rehat from 8pm- 4am.
4. byk mkn sayur n buah
  • semua org pn tau kn wajib makan sayur n buah setiap hari..
5. exercise..hmm..
  • daku pn malas nk exercise!! so, kite jgn sebut exercise k.. buat cmni je, naik turun tangge byk2 kali, pergi window shopping sampai lenguh kaki, parking kete jauh2 skit, rajin2 kemas rumah.. =)
  • one hour of cleaning (238 calories)

@camim: hehheheh~ xpo jg minum air manis, tp buat huk kurang manis (gule sikit saje).. =)
